The Home Equity Calculator option can be selected from the Calculators menu. This option lets you calculate how much cash your customers will realize if they sell their property at a certain price.. Enter the Selling Price, Closing Costs and the Loan Balance on their existing mortgage and the calculator will give you the Home Equity.

Using the device input capabilities, enter the estimated selling price for your customers home in the Selling Price field. Next, enter the estimated Closing Costs for the sale in the Closing Costs field. And finally, enter the balance they have on their existing mortgage in the Loan Balance field. If they don't know their Loan Balance, select Calculate Balance to go to the Loan Balance Calculator.
Selecting Reset or Clear will clear all previously entered input for the Home Equity Calculator.
Once all the information is entered, select Submit or Calculate Equity. The Home Equity will then be displayed.
